At first I didn’t see many shops in Winchester. Howewer, on the main street my friend and I found The Body Shop, Next, River Island, Starbucks, Marks & Spencer, jewellery shops and many other interesting places. These new shops are next to the old buildings and Winchester sights. And they look really good together!!!
First, I bought some presents for my friends, for example, a nice Teddy Bear and some postcards. I had a nice cold coffee in Starbucks, too. Then, some sweets and chewing gum. I didn’t buy any clothes because we had only 40 minutes for shopping. Also I wanted to visit Assesorize and The Body Shop. I hope the next time on an excursion I will have much more.
