Martina and Dayana, who went home to Bulgaria last week, made a big impression at DS Radley this year.
Martina quickly became known as the girl who always smiles and Dayana as the intrepid roller blader!
We were sad to say 'dovijdane' (goodbye in Bulgarian) to them both last Wednesday, and it was even more emotional when a large box (that tellingly once contained roller blades!) appeared in the course office. The box was full of Bulgarian goodies and thank you notes for the staff from Martina and Dayana.
It also contained this letter:
Thank you Dayana and Martina for your gifts. It is very much appreciated; the box is still in pride of place in the Course Office where it can be admired by all!
